Friends of the Valentine Public Library Membership Drive
Do you love the library? Would you consider becoming a Friend?
We would love to have you become a “Friend” and offer support to them as they assist the library in so many projects.
This year, the Friends of the Valentine Public Library’s primary focus is on raising funds to replace the circulation desk and card catalog table, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our patrons. Additionally, we remain committed to our early literacy programs, including the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten(1000B4K) initiative, which encourages families to read 1,000 books before their children enter kindergarten, and the Books for Babies program, which gifts a Mother Goose Nursery Rhymebook to every newborn at Cherry County Hospital.
The Friends group is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and sustained by passionate supporters like you who cherish our library. Your membership dues will directly contribute to these vital projects and programs. We invite you to become a “Friend” and support our mission in 2024.
Membership levels: FRIEND: $10.00 – $49.00, GOOD FRIEND: $50.00 – $99.00, or BEST FRIEND: $100.00 +.
