Stem Project (Grades 3 & up): Hot Chocolate Science

Warm up with a little winter science! During Hot Chocolate Science, kids will explore how temperature affects the rate at which hot chocolate dissolves. Using simple materials (and real cocoa!), we’ll run an easy experiment that teaches the scientific method in a fun, tasty way.
