Copyright 1911 Phelps Photo Co -14- Back is blank.It's fascinating how the meaning of words can vary, especially when they're derived from indigenous languages. Could anyone help shed light on the correct translation of "Minnechaduza"? We've come across two interpretations, one suggesting "murmuring water" and the other proposing "rapid water" from the Lakota language.
