NEW 1000B4K READER! Congratulations to Lydia Hand!!!!! She was very excited to get to check out books with her very own library card. She had her new Valentine Public Library book bag full of great titles. She is the daughter of Samantha and Justin Hand. She is our most recent bookworm to complete the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten challenge. WAY TO GO!!!
Can you believe it? She is number 102!!! That makes 102,000 books that have made an impact on children’s lives. We are so grateful for families who make reading a priority for their children and instilled a love of reading & learning. We congratulate this family for reaching this milestone. We are grateful for parents and caregivers who take this time and are so proud!
